With a passion for education, Katie advocates for excellence for every student.
Having spent seven years teaching middle school English in DC, Katie joined the DC Ed Fund team in 2023 and now serves as the Manager of Fundraising and Programs. Katie coordinates fundraising efforts for DCPS’ most innovative programs, develops program design and strategy, and manages programs that provide greater educational opportunities for students. Katie received her MA in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, and her BA in English from Yale University.
